Ordering and Payment

• The simplest way of ordering is through our secure online shop using your credit or debit card. We currently accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, Electron, Solo, JCB. However if you prefer, you’re welcome to call us at the shop where we will take all the details and your payment over the phone.

Delivery

As a guideline, allow 1-3 weeks, However many of our items will be in stock in which case they can be delivered within 2-3 working days. Others will be hand-made to order and therefore will take longer and Special Commissions can take 4-6 weeks. Please contact us at the shop if you have a deadline and we will do our best to meet it. Feel free to call or email us to check the progress. We’re happy to help!

Delivery Charge

All UK orders will be sent out Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £7 per order. Outside the UK goods will be posted out by Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £10.50 to Europe & £17.50 Rest of the World.

Trading Policy

For goods bought from the shop, we are happy to exchange items to the value of the original purchase price, or issue a credit note. This is subject to the item being returned in perfect condition. We will only refund in accordance with your statutory rights:.i.e. if the item is faulty. If buying goods online customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. Please pack the items in their original packaging  and send back to: Rockcandy Gallery, 111 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3DT. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Ring Sizing

Rings can be ordered in most sizes. Some designers may apply an extra charge for non-standard sizes. Please try to have your finger professionally sized: if you supply us with an incorrect ring size, we cannot replace a ring free of charge-an additional fee will be added for postage.

Packaging

Each piece of jewellery is sold in a Rockcandy presentation box. Rockcandy boxes are tied with our gorgeous pink or silver Rockcandy ribbon.

Guarantee

We commit our suppliers only to supply us with diamonds that have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict in compliance with United Nations Resolutions N1173, 1176,1306 and 1343. We hereby guarantee that the diamonds we sell are conflict free, based on personal knowledge or written guarantees provided by our suppliers.
